Surviving the Credit Crunch according to the IT Crew

So we are one year in to the “official recession” and how are we all fairing?
Nemark has done OK to be honest with a steady growth in IT Support contracts, despite the sales leads and Support enquiries dropping off by some 50%!
Mark Warren, MD of Nemark added that some of the main issues facing IT Support Company clients is cost. He adds that they have made a conscious effort over the last year to rationalise our services and costs to ensure that they not only stayed competitive but also removed any and all reasons for potential clients not to want their services. This has paid off for them, especially in the last few months, as they have brought in new clients from across different market sectors from Health Care to Insurance.
Mark went on to warn that the recession is not over yet and we may see a “w”-shaped trend in the sales and retail figures as history shows this in past recessions but as long as companies stay focussed and “lean” for the next 12 months, there should be no more rich pickings for Administrators and Solicitors!
