We have been long-time fans of Blendtec’s viral marketing website www.willitblend.com where the inimitable Tom Dickson stuffs various unpalatable items into is Blendtec Total Blender, to the strains of some 1980’s game show music.
We realise that they are just showcasing the product’s incredible power and durability (especially since it’s a home product rather than being specifically commercial) but the deadpan delivery and imaginative range of “blend targets” keep us coming back for more.
More relevantly, the latest victim for Tom’s Total Blender is none other than an Apple iPad! When you get over the shame of destroying such a sought-after item, you cannot help but be impressed with both the iPad’s initial resilience, to the Blender’s irresistible force.
