Nemark’s planning and customer service impress yet again!

emark are proud to have received another shiny email showing how good they are! After taking over the IT Support in a busincess centre in Doncaster have actively worked with the owners and managers of the centre Doncaster College to ensure that the IT infrastructure is right for businesses within the cente.
One project was to change tho whole infrastructire of the internet and networking of the centre. Through careful planning and experience Nemark decided to install a full Cisco system to allow bandwidth shaping and management if the new 20MB pipe.
A change of infrastructure like this generally means a considerable amount of downtime, however, the tentants, the centre and the College did not have any downtime at all. So pleased was the client they put pen to paper (or in this case finger to keyboard) and send a jolly nice message.
Message Reads:
We have had our very first response to the internet upgrade from 4Mb to 20Mb, “Company Name removed” have commented that the internet is fantastic and greatly improved.
Could we also take the opportunity of thanking you and your team for making the transition a smooth one and being on hand to attend our tenants queries. To say that we were a little nervous because of our last experience was an understatement but your professionalism and diligent work to complete the upgrade and provide the service quickly and efficiently was exemplary and thank you very much.
